Here is the story about myself. I’m Kristian, a landscape, street and urban photographer. I am currently based in Amsterdam but have lived during my life in Bulgaria, Belgium and Switzerland.

Photography seriously started quite some years ago. My first DSLR was offered to me by a family member back in 2012 during my first trip to Canada. Over the past 7 years, I have used the Canon Rebel T3i, i.e. 600D for Europeans. More recently, I’ve upgraded to a 7D as well as to L-series lenses.

I’ve always loved travelling and exploring the world. There is something about it that makes me feel alive. Photography allows me to capture the beautiful places, the amazing people and the unique moments that I’ve encountered. Each these experiences have an important significance in my story. As Flaubert beautifully said: “Travel makes one modest. You see what a tiny place you occupy in the world”.

I’ve experimented different photography techniques and styles – from birthdays, parties, portraits, interior or exterior architecture to macro, night or travel photography. For more stories about me, you can follow me on Instagram or Facebook.
